Film Processing -
Color Negative, Color Transparency
and Black & White Negative |

PPS operates two hanger
transfer machines; one for developing color negative film in C-41 chemistry
and one for developing Ektachrome and compatible color slide film in
E-6 chemistry. PPS operates in strict conformance to Kodak specifications
and regularly runs control strips to monitor the film processing. Black & white film is
processed in a 3-1/2 gallon sink line using reels and hangers with D-76
developer.
Push and Pull Processing
Adjusting the development time of color negative film to compensate for exposure
variations is not recommended, however if some loss of quality is acceptable
this adjustment can be performed. Adjustment of development time for E-6
and B&W film is a regular procedure, however some loss of quality may
result.
